All our trainers are Easy Peasy Puppy qualified instructors, part of the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT) 2025 Mentorship programme, DBS checked, fully insured and first aid trained for both dogs and humans.
In addition to puppy specific packages, our services include individually tailored consultations, home visits and 1-2-1 training, group training, specific life skills workshops, structured training walks and ambles for dogs of any age, background, and breed.

Rachel is a qualified puppy instructor with many years training experience with dogs of all ages, breed, and background. She loves all dogs but would admit that she has a special place in her heart for Staffy’s.
Committed to providing dog training that is accessible to all, both human and canine she is able to adapt training styles for all type of learners. Her training is based upon real world scenarios and focuses upon enhancing the dog's ability to thrive in a human world. She has a passion for early weeks puppy development, environmental learning and care for the older dog.
Rachel enjoys expanding her canine knowledge through reading, study and discussion to maintain her professional development.
When not training dogs, Rachel can be found in her garden (with her dogs), sitting researching her family tree or reading (with her dogs by her side) or walking with her dogs.
Tracey is an experienced life-skills dog trainer and qualified puppy instructor. As a mother and grandmother, she also understands the importance of dogs being a trusted member of the family and society. A lifetime of professional experience and dog ownership tells her that both dogs and owners learn best when it’s fun.
Committed to providing science-based training to ensure positive outcomes for her clients’ dog training needs. Tracey avidly pursues her continued professional development through consultation, collaboration and education. All her training methods are based upon kindness and positivity. Understanding what motivates the dog to be the best they can be.
When not helping dogs and their humans live their best possible lives together in North Norfolk, Tracey can be found on the coast working with dogs facing trauma or simply walking with her own dogs. Tracey is an acting member of HM Coastguard Search and Rescue.
